Overview

Tucked away in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, Cafe 163 offers a very tantalizing BB that will help you get your day started! Whether you are preparing for a bike ride, going skiing or just enjoying the mountain air, this burrito will give you the energy conquer the task ahead.

Detailed Breakdown

1Tortilla

9/10

Nicely wrapped with no breaches and superb visual effects. With everything packed in neatly, the tortilla was slightly crispy and added a nice texture and flavor to the burrito. While crispy, the tortilla was not flaky and completed the necessary job of holding the burrito together.

2Use of Potatoes

8/10

The potatoes were essential to this burrito. They were sparsely populated and provided the right amount of flavor and texture without being overbearing. They were thinly sliced and well baked.

3Texture

9/10

The textures held within this little package of goodness were exquisite. The eggs were fluffy and the potatoes were sparsely (yet adequately) positioned throughout. The chorizo was mixed throughout and provided a good change of pace to the textures held within.

4Flavor

10/10

This BB had stupendous flavors. They way the eggs played with the chorizo and potatoes was a treat for the mouth. It is worth noting the smother was incredible and added to the burrito in a fantastic way!

5General

9/10

While nothing out of the ordinary this burrito, with the smother stood out as a clear winner in the heart of the Rocky Mountains!
