Standard, warm, gooey and without defects.

This was a hard category to evaluate. There were no potatoes in the burrito, so there was nothing to criticize. We had to average the above three scores to score this category. With rounding we had to designate the following score:

Texture was definitely above average. We loved the contrast between rice, beans, egg and meat. It was playful and subtle and unique.

Flavor was dominated by rice and beans, which, while not bad, seemed atypical for a BB. Would have appreciated additional breakfast flavors.
